1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following meanings apply to the words and terms used in these Terms:

• "User" or "You" — any person who has registered on or is using the mcmcw platform.
• "Account" — the personal profile created through registration on the platform.
• "Services" — all casino games, sports betting, bonuses, and related features provided by mcmcw.
• "Balance" — the amount of funds held in your account.

• Any unauthorized access to your account or suspicious activity must be reported to us immediately.
• You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account.
• Allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to depositing funds on the mcmcw platform:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must come only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Using third-party payment accounts is prohibited.
• After a successful deposit, the balance is generally updated instantly.

5 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in your own name.
• Large withdrawals may be put on hold until identity verification is complete.
• In cases of unusual or suspicious activity, withdrawals may be delayed for review.
• The required wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

6 Bonus and Promotional Terms

The bonuses and promotional offers of mcmcw apply under the following conditions:

• Welcome Bonus: 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
• Wagering Requirement: A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• A promotional code or bonus may not be used more than once.
• Specific game categories may apply when wagering with bonus funds.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or fraudulent means will result in account closure.

7 Acceptable Use Policy

The following code of conduct must be followed while using the platform:

• Participating in any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activity is prohibited.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or technical issues for unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets through automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence is prohibited.

• Coordinated bet manipulation (collusion) with other users is prohibited.

8 Results and Dispute Resolution

• Game and betting results are determined by software and fair play is ensured.
• If a game is interrupted midway due to a technical issue, the platform will review the situation and provide a reasonable resolution.
• Any dispute regarding a betting result must be reported to support within 30 days.
• The decision of mcmcw shall be considered final and binding.
• In the event of a technical error, mcmcw reserves the right to cancel any winnings obtained as a result of that error.

9 Special Sports Betting Terms

• The stated odds apply when betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sports.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting may change rapidly; the odds at the time the order is accepted are final.
• If match-fixing or the use of insider information is suspected, the platform reserves the right to investigate and cancel the relevant bets.
• The maximum bet limit for a match is determined by the platform.

10 VIP Program Terms

The mcmcw VIP program has five tiers, and weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

VIP tier upgrades depend on activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is automatically added to the account on a set day each week.

VIP benefits are non-transferable and may be cancelled in the event of a violation of specific terms.

11 Responsible Gaming Policy

mcmcw gives the highest priority to responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be an entertainment activity and should never cause financial or mental hardship:

• You can set your own limits on deposits, losses, or gaming time.
• A temporary break (cool-off period) or self-exclusion can be requested if needed.

15 Limitation of Liability

• mcmcw is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or other external factors.

• The user is personally responsible for any losses arising from gaming.

16 Account Suspension and Termination

mcmcw may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• In case of suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• In case of providing false information.
• In case of failure to complete identity verification.
• Upon your own request.

In case of account closure for a valid reason, any applicable balance will be refunded, however bonus funds will be forfeited.

17 Right to Modify Terms and Conditions

• mcmcw reserves the right to change, add to, or cancel these terms and conditions at any time.
• In the case of significant changes, users will be notified by email or via a notice on the platform.
• Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
